Anytime! Whether you haven't arrived yet or you're already on campus, we're here to help.
Do I need to speak French?
Not at all. We speak multiple languages, and you can always write to us in English.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply as quickly as possible.
Can I visit the Welcom' office?
Yes! Come to the Foyer during our open hours.
I'm not a student yet. Can I still contact you?
Absolutely. Many incoming students reach out months before arriving. We love early birds!
