MAISEL SudParisMAISEL SudParisMaison des Élèves, the official non-profit student housing association of Télécom SudParis and IMT Business School. (Maison des Élèves) is the official non-profit student housing association of Télécom SudParis and IMT Business School. Located directly on the Évry campus (plus building U6 near the station), it offers over 750 rooms and studios.
Housing Types
Single Rooms, Studios & Shared Apartments
Maisel offers three main housing types depending on your budget, preferences, and academic year. All rooms have a 90cm-wide bed and a mirror.
Single Room (Chambre U2, U3, U4)
15 m² • Furnished
Equipped with a 90cm-wide bed, nightstand, desk, chair, bookshelf, closet, and private fridge in the room. Private bathroom with shower and WC. Important: Single rooms do not have a private kitchen or kitchenette (unlike studios): cooking is done in the building's shared kitchen.
Individual Studio (Studio U1, U2, U5, U6, U7)
15 m² to 34 m² • Furnished
Includes a private kitchenette (hobs, sink, fridge) and private bathroom (shower and WC). Available in campus buildings (U1, U2, U5, U7) and off-campus U6 (near Évry-Courcouronnes station).
Shared Apartment / Colocation (U1, U2, U5, U7)
70 m² to 82 m² • 2–3 Bedrooms
Fully equipped apartments for 2 or 3 students with shared kitchen and living space, private bedrooms, and shared bathroom facilities. Reserved for 2nd and 3rd year students.

NOISE WARNING FOR BUILDINGS U1, U2 & U4
Buildings U1, U2, and U4 are directly adjacent to the FoyerFoyerThe student center (foyer) houses the offices of the campus student associations. It is located between buildings U1, U4, and the school. student center and the AbsINTheAbsINTheThe beloved student-run campus bar, host to theme nights and relaxed evenings. campus bar. As a result, these buildings experience considerable noise during parties and evening student events (especially Wednesday nights). If you require a quiet environment for study or sleep, please keep this in mind when choosing your building!
Reservation & Check-in
How to Book Your Room
Reserving your accommodation is done online directly through the official Maisel portal.
- 1. Online Booking: Maisel reservations are a shotgunshotgunA campus term for a first-come, first-served registration process where speed is key. (first-come, first-served). The exact dates and times for the shotgun are communicated in advance and differ for each program/filière. Book online at maisel.imtbs-tsp.eu (usually starting in June for September intake). Pay a 200 € earnest deposit (arrhes) by credit card (non-refundable, deducted from your first month's rent).
- 2. Physical Guarantor (Cautionnaire): You must provide a physical guarantor (a financially capable person). Important: Maisel does not accept Visale guarantee.
- 3. Security Deposit & Arrival: A 600 € security deposit (dépôt de garantie) is paid on arrival and refunded upon departure. Lease signing and key/badge collection take place at Maisel reception.
Bedding Kit: Rooms come with a mattress and protective cover only. You can purchase a Maisel bedding kit for 40 € (includes 2 bedsheets, 1 pillow, and 2 pillowcases), or bring your own bedding.
Financial Aid
CAF Housing Subsidies (APL & ALS)
Because Maisel is state-subsidised (*conventionnée*), all resident students are eligible to apply for monthly housing financial aid from the CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales).
APL (Buildings U5, U6, U7)
For buildings U5, U6, and U7, APL is paid directly to Maisel and automatically deducted from your monthly rent bill (~210 € to 258 €/month depending on scholarship status).
ALS (Buildings U1, U2, U3, U4)
For buildings U1 to U4, ALS is paid directly to the student's French bank account (~87 € to 114 €/month for scholarship students).
Maisel Official CAF Application Guide
Detailed step-by-step instructions provided by Maisel to complete your APL or ALS request on caf.fr.
You MUST submit your CAF application on caf.fr BEFORE the last day of the month you arrive! CAF only pays for full calendar months and NEVER retroactively pays past months. If you arrive in September, apply before September 30th. Submitting on October 1st forfeits BOTH September and October aid!

Utilities Included
Water, electricity, collective heating (on October to April, capped at 19°C by national regulations), and maintenance are included in your rent.
MiNET Fibre Internet & Wi-Fi
High-speed optical fibre internet and Wi-Fi in all buildings managed by student association MiNET for a very small monthly fee.
Laverie / Shared Laundry Facilities
Maisel residents have access to shared laundry rooms with washing machines (paid via contactless) and tumble dryers.
Maintenance & Support
Technical repairs are handled by Maisel technicians via ticketing or email ([email protected]). Office hours: Mon–Thu 13:30–17:30, Fri 13:30–16:30.
